What options do I have to send my file?Connecting Your IOS to ScanMe We accept files from most major iOS companies. Please click here for more details. Submitting Other STL Format Files Email your STL files to: digital@scanmedental.ca along with prescription details To send larger files you may upload via DropBox, WeTransfer, or several other secure file transfer websites. Please always email prescription details or include a scanned prescription

How can I access my customer statement?You can access your statement in 2 ways: You will automatically be emailed your monthly statement Invoices and statements will be available 24/7 on our state of the art customer portal Please note statements will NOT be mailed.

What forms of payment do you accept?Your account will be paid by automatic credit card on either the 1st, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th or 30th of the month following the statement date. A receipt will automatically be emailed to you following each payment.

When can I expect to receive my order?If cases are received in our lab before 10:30 am EST on any weekday (day 1), it will ship from our facility at the end of day 1. Any cases received after 10:30 am EST will ship on day 2.
